Fantástica estancia de fin de semana en la propiedad de Elias. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, chalet cómodo, aislado y con mucha intimidad. Elias ha sido súper amable y en todo momento pendientes de nosotros, con recomendaciones de la zona para pasear y comprar buenos embutidos. Volveremos, gracias Elias!!!!!

Xàtiva was a true discovery for us. We went there on a whim, but the city captured our hearts. We found peace and seclusion — a rich historical part combined with closeness to nature. At the same time, it offers access to urban infrastructure, with a train station and restaurants within walking distance. Raúl’s apartment is located right in the historical area, just a 5-minute walk from the castle. If you keep going up, you’ll reach the forest area. It’s an ideal spot if you have dogs or simply enjoy nature walks. And still, it’s only an 18-minute walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to the city center with all its cafes and restaurants. Raúl himself was very welcoming. Thanks to him, we found quiet places to walk, had homemade paella, and even got to taste lemons grown in the garden. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay. If you’re a dog owner, you can rest easy — both you and your furry friend will be warmly welcomed! Thank you for the trust.

La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido extraordinaria, y el entorno del apartamento, que está reformado con mucho gusto, es precioso. Xàtiva ha sido todo un descubrimiento para nosotros.

Pase un fin de semana con mi pareja y nos encantó la casa, muy tranquila y a parte pillamos justo las fiestas del pueblo y bajamos a verlas, una maravilla de pueblo, super bonito a parte hay un río precioso en el que hay patos y muchos sitios que visitar cerca del pueblo, unos ríos en los que te puedes bañar y muy bonitos.

Un hospedaje excelente, comunicación con el anfitrión muy sencilla y eficaz. Buenas prestaciones. Es una zona silenciosa y con plazas de párquing disponibles enfrente. En general, tanto la estancia como el contacto con los anfitriones han sido perfectos.

Séjour trop court, le logement est parfait, lumineux et d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Ca sent bon le frais et le linge propre. Tout le nécessaire pour prendre le petit déjeuner et même un plateau de biscuits offerts, trop sympa. Très bien équipé et proche de petits commerces. Quartier très familial et résidence sécurisée. Accès au garage par ascenseur directement de l appartement. Hôte présent à la remise des clefs et malgré que nous ne parlions pas espagnol, la dame a pris le temps de nous faire comprendre le fonctionnement de l appartement. Super expérience, je recommande. Merci

Alojamiento encantador, tal y como se describía, tanto Antonio como María muy atentos, amables y respondiendo pronto, muy buena comunicación, un 10 de alojamiento, totalmente recomendable.
