Amazing! The place was super clean and smelled great. There were many details such as body cream, makeup remover and things that I have seen in few accommodations. It was in a place with lots of places to eat and shop, centrally located and close to the beach. Value for money 10/10

Great location and accommodation. Very modern and comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only thing I consider worth mentioning is that in the area by law can’t have the AC lower than 22 celcius, in the Spanish summer heat it might be a bit tricky. Otherwise, it was a great experience and would stay here again.

Annalisa's apartment is like the pictures, tastefully decorated, well maintained but its most attractive point is its 5th floor terrace, the building is really on the beach (the building is squarely on the beach) with direct access (a few steps from the hall and the elevator). From the terrace, not overlooked, look towards the horizon as far as the eye can see over the sea and the sky. Comfortably installed on the sun loungers... Small beach with fine sand, some pebbles in places but it is not necessary to wear plastic shoes. Bus stops nearby, very easy and convenient to go e.g. to Mijas or Benalmádena, Torremolinos or to Malaga. Car parking directly in front of the building. Convenience store and restaurants 12 min walk (850 meters). Annalisa is very available and responsive. Well-stocked washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in living room, super quiet fans, kitchen towels, bath for the beach. I recommend it for being quiet.

What a wonderful apartment, in a magical village! The key was hard to find but once we had we were very impressed with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hard to find fault, this is a real gem! The photos really don’t do the terrace justice, it’s stunning! You could sit there all day and stare out at that view of the town below and the sea beyond, whilst listening to the church bells faintly chime on the hour. Locally there is so much to do; within walking distance are small bars and restaurants, a couple of convenience shops, bakery etc. The intoxicating smell of the orange trees guide you through the beautifully decorated streets of the pueblo. This feels like a traditional Spanish village not a resort. bus stop 5min walk away, takes to you all the main hubs. Uber is around €7 into Benalmadena. Excellent communication Don’t hesitate, book now!

Our stay in Vanessa’s apartment was outstanding. Everything was as described, equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Views from balcony were spectacular both day and night. Complex itself was very well maintained with lovely pool area. Would love to return in the future

Great apartment in a safe development with high end furniture and equipment. Underground parking and 24 hot security control give you peace of mind. Host was responsive and kind and apartment was exactly as described. I would recommend to book.

We used the wonderful accommodation for excursions in the region and at the nearby sea or the pool on the roof (which we usually had to ourselves). Definitely recommend!

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

The apartment is modern with all the facilities we needed for our stay. The bed, aircon and shower were fantastic. Su was so helpful before and during our stay. Location is good being close to Bonanza square, Arroyo, train station and an easy stroll to the beach. The only negative were the roadworks being undertaken but once complete will no doubt enhance the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to the city and beaches. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. We especially loved enjoying our mornings on the terrace with a view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in the area!

The views from the flat facing the sea are breathtaking. spans from bedroom to living room. waking up to that seeing the sun shine on the water bed of the beach was truly outstanding. The host were very proactive, kind and very helpful. Would go there again for sure

A large and very well equipped apartment with a spacious terrace and a beautiful sea view. The location is great as it is close to both Aldi supermarket, great restaurants and the beach. All the compliments to the host, Nena, who was very responsive and very friendly. Definitely a good choice.

Edu is a great host, communicator and makes a real effort to make things enjoyable and welcoming, even adding beach towels on request for us and future guests. Really excellent, well presented and thoughtfully put together accommodation. Sad to leave and highly recommended. We had everything we needed and it made a short break in Malaga a total joy. Thank you

super cool apartment that fully lives up to the photos. Pedro was very sweet and helpful upon arrival, and we can't put our finger on anything. personally, I like that there is some shampoo, washing detergents for washing machine and the like available so you don't have to go out and buy it just to be somewhere for 4 days. but all in all a great apartment with great views 🙂
