very nice and quiet place, exactly as described in the images.
An open dining area is presented under a high, sloped roof, featuring a wooden table set for two with red plates. Lush ferns and potted plants adorn the space, while large windows showcase a view of the surrounding greenery.

Haven Villa, Chikmagalur

Ramesh KumarRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We are family of 5 stayed 2 nights here. The place is beautiful and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is inclusive and they had good variety and tasty too. We enjoyed the fireplace. Staff is friendly and responsive. Overall, we had a memorable stay. Reaching the location is bit challenging because it's in remote location.
A spacious terrace is highlighted by metal chairs arranged around a small table, surrounded by lush greenery. Sunlight filters through vibrant purple flowers, creating a warm glow over the landscape. Soft shadows stretch across the stone flooring, with hills visible in the background.

The Captain's Bungalow

VishwanathRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was my second visit to the Captain's Bungalow. For me, it is a place for self reflection and a place to admire what nature has to offer in its raw form. People here are fantastic hosts and leave you with a come-back feel - Perumal, Kishore, Lakshmi akka, Sundaresh, Thimmanna, Anil they all pamper you with simple things but great value. Rooms are rustic and cozy. They provide Simple tasty Malnad food with Great Love - ask for customisation they will go all the way to fulfil. Dogs in the campus keep you entertained and are helpful walking partners, especially Boney and Pinky. Wherever you see there is greenery (if you crib about insects and fauna, it is not your place. This place is a part of undisturbed nature). All day orchestra by birds, peacocks and crickets. Love every bit of it here. Unfortunately some guests brought in urban noise and loud music to CB. Sad to see how some people want to live the same life in such peaceful places. Luckily they stopped it on request!

Nest coffee farm stay(bed and breakfast)

SwethaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Nest Coffee Farm Stay is pure magic. The photos or my words don’t do justice to the beauty, calm, and charm of the place. It’s a peaceful retreat from the city chaos, with songs of birds, starry skies, and two adorable “guard” dogs who love cuddles and company. We stayed in a rustic yet comfortable cottage with RO water, fans, and a modern bathroom with 24/7 hot water. No AC needed—the weather was cool and pleasant and monsoon was just beginning. Breakfast and estate-grown coffee were served daily, and the hosts even offered us steaming cups of chai when we arrived after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like individual bedsheets, hooks and ledges made it feel like home. The porch had a stunning view of nature, and the games we were given brought out the child in us. We even spotted a firefly up close! The hosts are kind, genuine, and even gave us a guided tour of their coffee estate. It was everything we hoped for. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already wishing to return.
A cozy bathroom is presented with a modern toilet and a decorative sink made of natural stone. A polished mirror hangs above a dark granite countertop, complemented by a framed artwork on the wall. Towel hooks and a light fixture enhance the functional design.

Tara

VikasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful place, lots of greenery and beautiful plants around. Very vintage vibes! There's a pizza oven available as well which seems nice but we didn't use it. Bathtub is available but it's outside so it's up to individual preferences. Good kitchen, pretty well furnished and there's oven and fridge and water filter also. There are LOTS of paintings which are very beautiful and a couple of board games outside. Would totally recommend: best if you go as a group with friends or extended family! Lots of room and seems very relaxed and luxurious at the same time. The caretaker, Rajesh, was a great help to us - helped us with anything we needed and was friendly as well.
A wooden tree house is perched on a sturdy tree, providing a vantage point over a lush landscape. An infinity pool is visible in the foreground, with natural stone paving surrounding it. The scene is framed by a rich canopy of green foliage under a softly colored sky.

Krishna Serviced Apartment

VinayRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, spacious and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Kalaseshwara temple. Our host Arun and family live next door and were very responsive. He also helped us with the Horanadu temple visit. Overall, a fantastic experience -- would definitely stay again!
Large, natural rock formations are visible along the shoreline, partially submerged in shallow water. The texture of the rocks is rugged, with various shades of brown and gray. Gentle waves can be seen lapping against the rocks, while the clear water reveals pebbles beneath.

BlueOasis@ Bliss (AC)- Relax, Rejoice & Rejuvenate

ShrikumarRating, 5 stars5 months ago
What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.
