We have a lovingly restored 1863 brick Farm House designed to relieve stress and reintroduce you and your family to nature's awesome beauty. The house resides on a privately owned, multi-acre working farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside are 8 beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, fully updated Kitchen, 1st floor Utility Room with full bath, plus a 2nd floor shower & bathroom combo. Upstairs are 2 queen beds and 1 twin day bed, and downstairs is 1 queen couch bed.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials that are needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. The Studio is attached to the back of a larger house. There is no entrance between the Studio and house. There is private parking.

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

There is street parking to easily allow for three cars and ample spaces around the property.

Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
