My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

**Last chance to stay at my cosy private bush cottage. My listing will be closed on 17th July 2025 as I’m renting my cottage long term** Wake up to a symphony of birdsong, nestled amongst towering gum trees, down a 200 metre driveway, into the rainforest.
