Monthly Rentals in Bella Vista

We stayed at Glenn & Ashley’s, whilst my kids were at a sporting event at Anne Aquilina Reserve, (it was only a 15-20 minute drive most days, & an easy run; would highly recommend to stay here for any other families, with future sporting events). The apartment was absolutely immaculate, & had everything we needed; including cooking utensils, cleaning products, extra towels/linen & easy to use washing machine, dryer & dishwasher. The large bedrooms offered a retreat for my kids to unwind & have their own space, whilst I sat down with a book & a wine on the balcony & my husband watched the footy in the lounge room 🙌 G&A were amazing hosts; suggesting places to go & checking in to ensure we didn’t need anything more. This apartment felt like a home away from home, & if it isn’t obvious already, I would most definitely & highly recommend to stay here. Thank you for our stay, Glenn and Ashley 😊

The location is excellent: the area is quiet, shops are within walking distance (Woolworth's groceries, Priceline pharmacy and others), and getting there is easy. Public transportation is available via buses and metros. The housing and infrastructure looks quite new. You can park your car (or two) under the carport right in front of the house and there are available visitor spots too adjacent to the building. There is a park right next to the building, though you must walk there a bit longer for to the fence. In the building, the first floor has the living area and the kitchen, the second floor the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, visiting Zoos, Opera House, and other attractions and blue mountains, and spent some time on the patio too. We were fully able to cook dinners and wash laundry. Overall, I don't know anything that we were missing. The pdf instructions were clear, and the host was always responsive. This was the trip of a lifetime for us!

The place was nice and clean, It felt like a luxurious stay and was easy to fin and get it.

Ellen are super proactive, have provided all the required details before the check in, even some of the electronics user’s instructions as well, basically I don’t have to ask and I have everything I need ! Thanks Ellen and my family and kids enjoyed the cosy and clean stay, totally recommended!
