House vacation rentals in Belize City

This is a very well priced lodging for what you get. I appreciate the coffee supplies provided by the host. We also chose this one for the ability to do our laundry and having Air conditioning.

The house was beautiful, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds. Cadine was very nice and flexible with our checkout time, we will definitely be back in future visits to town. Thank you Cadine!

Staying at Watsons accommodation was amazing; I felt safe; I felt comfortable; I felt like I was living like a true local! It has everything you may possibly need to stay at a home away from home! I loved the fact that its backyard was pretty much a park(perfect if traveling with kiddos). AC worked perfectly! I definitely recommend Watsons place!!!

I will be returning! This place was awesome, so clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. For us it was no need for bikes or golf carts. This location is right in the middle of everything but once you get inside, you forget all about that. Your own private home. The host was great. He met us there, gave out fabulous recommendations, very responsive when needed. Thanks so much! We will be back in the near future.

Exactly as described. If this is your first time in Belize and you might find this place a little isolating. But for those of us who have been many times, this is just the key, especially if you’re hanging out doing ministry or you just need an expensive place to go for tours.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

It was a homie, clean and spacious place! Was perfect for our group. Three bedrooms, two baths. Quick walk to cafes and restaurants in the area. They also had enough safe parking for all of us. (Three cars). Felt safe all around.

Passengers on our flight directed us to the wrong house (Michael has many), but Michael quickly helped get us to the right spot. Terrific location with easy access to everything at a great price.

gorgeous house & the pool is a plus. genuinely have no complaints. It was the best choice for my family and I. We were greeted at the ferry and taken to the house & got a ride back to the ferry at check out. Loved my stay here

This was my third stay at the Tortuga Azul. I’ve come down with friends to dive and relax. The location is very close to the Caulker airport, just a short walk. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart though. Most of the action in town is a short ride away, and for super early morning dive departures, it’s nice to be able to ride. There is a restaurant basically next door, Suggestion Gourmet. Its not the typical island fare, more of a French place, but it’s the most serene setting. I can’t speak to all of the beds, but the one I’ve slept in every year has been comfortable. The rooms all have individual AC, so you can sleep at your own preferred temp. The property manager, Michael, is quick to respond via What’s App. I will continue to stay at Tortuga for my repeat trips to the island.

Amazing place .. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I was a bit nervous with the limited reviews but don’t worry and book this place. Israel and Mary the hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful with all our needs. You can walk anywhere from the residence . Have no worries when booking this Airbnb.

We loved our stay at the Sunset Caribbean Cottage. The house was beautiful, relaxing and the pool in front was a huge plus. You definitely need to rent a bike or golf cart to get to the main part of town which was fine with us since we were looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

This place was perfect for our first family vacation in Caye Caulker! Lili and Nina provided excellent communication, answering all our questions and even arranged for a shuttle service from the airport in Belize City to the water taxi and on to the house. So helpful after a red eye flight. We were grateful for their assistance and enjoyed all the amenities Tiki House offered. The kayaks, bicycles and swimming pool were put to good use. Also helpful were the local recommendations that we also enjoyed. Our family of 4 highly recommend staying here!!

Michelle and Krystal are very kind and welcoming hosts. The AirBnB listing was quite comfortable felt and just like home from day 1. I’m grateful for my great experience in Belize thanks to them!

We started our trip in Belize at Howler House and it was the best decision. The house was so unique and right on the banks of the river. We spent every night on the deck in the hammock and chairs taking in the surrounding nature. My kids loved the new pool - and spent a few hours there playing. The biggest highlight was the wildlife. There is a small crocodile in the tiny lagoon near the cabins. We ironically named him ‘Big Al’. We also saw a family of howler monkeys right outside our place - swinging from the trees right off our deck. We stayed in the older blue cabin (there are now newer options). And while it wasn’t the fanciest - it met all our needs and felt so different. A huge thanks to Shanna for being a great host. For those who love adventure I cannot recommend Howler House enough!

Debra was the most amazing host!! so helpful and gave me so many great ideas of where I could go and things to do. Her exceeded my expectations and I just felt so comfortable and so safe and I will most definitely stay again and I can honestly say that this place is amazing and you will not be disappointed! If I could give a 10 star I would !! Thank you Debra !!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. It’s hosted by a warm and welcoming local family, which made the experience feel even more special. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

The house is a nice hangout. There is a nice big table for playing card games or hanging out and two big hammocks on the deck. The shower water doesn't get very warm. This was fine after walking around and getting sweaty. It's a good walk to the split. We got our steps in, but it was conveniently close to a grocery store. If you walk to the split in the evening, keep a close eye on your wallet. Very small child thieves abound.

We needed a place to stay on short notice and Marwin was great with quick communication. Lots of room, secure, and a fenced yard for our pups!

It was an excellent stay Already recommending to my friends and family.
