A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment with independent entrance is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, regular size car parking, AC cooling/heating, optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine - all taxes are included in the price.

Der Aufenthalt in Matthias Haus war von Anfang bis Ende wunderbar! Wir haben uns total wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Matthias war immer erreichbar und kam uns mit allem Möglichen entgegen. Die gesamte Aura vom Haus ist eine so gute! Die Apartments sind voller Liebe eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% weiter .

the apartment was located just in the center of premantura, next to the entrance to the park so the location was super convenient for us and our doggies. Great apartment furnished with all the necessary and perfect communication with Tia. I truly recommend this place!!!

Villa Corall - next to beautiful Cape Kamenjak

My family and I stayed here for a week in May 2017. Villa Corall is a well presented property, very clean and tidy with a nice garden. There were 4 of us, my wife and I and our children 10 & 12 and we were very comfortable there. The owners of the property, Anja and Luka could not have been more hospitable, they were fantastic hosts and very friendly and helpful. The property is situated only a few minutes walk from the centre of Premantura, you are also only a few minutes walk from the Kamenjak nature park where you can enjoy walks, cycling or visiting the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the park! Pula airport is not too far away so it is an easy destination to get to. It is also close to Pula and was easy for us to visit there and a number of other interesting nearby places, such as Brijuni and Rovinj. I will certainly visit again, we had a fantastic time and I would recommend Villa Corall as a place to stay to anyone who wants to experience the delights of Croatia.

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche mit unserer Familie erlebt. Wir waren alle zusammen aber jeder hatte seinen privaten Bereich ( jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon) In der Umgebung findet jeder etwas (Meer mit Buchten zum chillen, Klippen zum springen, Radwege, Naturpark, Städte, Hafen, gute Restaurants und Eisdielen, alles zum Einkaufen und eine nette Cafebar) Und wer gar nicht aus dem Haus mag hat eine große Küche mit großem Tisch, einen schönen Pool mit vielen Liegen und einen Grillplatz mit großem Tisch … einfach alles da um eine wunderbare Zeit zu verbringen! Vielen Dank!

L'appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort, e tra l'altro si può andare in paese a piedi. Avevamo il nostro parcheggio sotto casa, quindi molto comodo. L' appartamento era pulito e la terrazza con vista mare, anche se parziale perché un po' coperta da case vicine, è molto carina. Consigliato per chi vuole rimanere qualche giorno a Premantura senza stress. Mirna sempre gentile e veloce nelle risposte.

Het contact met Lovro hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. vrolijk, open en eerlijk. Ondanks dat hij de bovenwoning bewoont, zie je hem niet veel. Maar reageerd snel op je bericht. Het appartement is prima te bewonen door 4 personen. Heel fijn om je auto achter het hek te parkeren en eventueel nog wat op te laden. een prachtige, rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op zee. Al met al een fijne vakantie.
