Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

Every apartment has coverred terrace with wonderfull garden in front and free parking.Pets are welcome.

Casa Nonna Tereza e' una casa privata, ristrutturata nell' estate 2020. Ideale per famiglie fino a 6 persone. Si trova nel centro del paese pittoresco di Premantura, situata nell'estremita' meridionale della penisola istriana. La casa offre servizi completi, wifi gratuito, aria condizionata su entrambi i piani, parcheggio privato, terrazza con vista mare, barbecue...La superficie dell' appartamento e' di 100 m² a due piani.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Set right outside the entrance to the protected natural park of Kamenjak, located in a private residential building, reflect the luxury and comfort of the spotlessly designed interiors. Secured bike storage with the possibility to charge E-bike included (reservation needed).

Siga Studio 4

The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.

This cozy apartment is located in the center of Premantura,but in the small and old street with no traffic. Peacefull, situated in the ground floor with a small yard. Price for pets is 5 euros/day- payable at the check-in.

A cozy apartment for two just 2 minutes on foot from the main tourist attraction in Pula- the Roman Amphitheatre. All you want to see or taste in Pula you can do on foot in maximum 10 minutes from the apartment.
