Monte Cristo villa on water is spacious house located only 50m from lake Ada. The house has 300m2, where guests can use cozy living room with river view, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other that beside huge bed has the addition of sofa and jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have wonderful view. House has big terrace on the water ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Visitors have the possibility to use a motor boat for complete enjoyment on the river.

The spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing, suntanning and enjoying the river views. Parties and loud music are not allowed.

Around floating-house there are 3 restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and many specialties.

The house offers all amenities, ideal for families and for couples as well. It's necessary to respect the rules of the house and take care of the environment. Parties are forbidden!!! Apartment is unique experience with luxury interior and very special feeling by sleeping on the river. View on the river from apartment is very nice, close to the most beautiful bridge in Belgrade Ada Bridge. Apartment is equipped with interior jacuzzi and is very comfortable for two persons.
