Welcome to the "L'ENTRACTE ARTISTIQUE" cottage Saint-Jacques locality in La Perrière 61360 "Village Millénaire du Perche" This cottage is offered to you by two artists from the world of entertainment, who decided to take a break in La Perrière a few years ago, and ended up settling there. And it is in order to make you discover the Perche, its well-being and our various passions, that we created this cottage. Our rate is 65.00 euros per night, and we rent for a minimum of 2 nights.

In the heart of the magnificent Perche Regional Park (5 km from Bellême and its golf course/6 km from La Perrière), comfortable home with living room-dining room-open kitchen of 60 m2, 2nd living room-dining room of 30 m2 with panoramic view, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 + 1 baby bed), 1 landing room (sleeps 3) and 2 bathrooms.

Large apartment located both in a quiet area and in the city center. On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball table) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a large dormitory room composed of two 140 x 190 beds, an armchair (convertible into a single bed) and a baby bed. This room comes with a piano. A shared common courtyard is available (dining area)

Ideally located in the pretty historic district of Bellême, the single-story accommodation offers a rustic, sober and warm setting that will delight lovers of authenticity and simplicity. An easily convertible and comfortable sofa and armchair furnish a bright living room with soft notes of wood, lime and exposed stone. In addition, there is a large shared entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a courtyard adorned with flowers and greenery.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
