Villa Belektana – Exclusive Private Villa with Private Pool Villa Belektana is reserved entirely for your exclusive use throughout your stay. The property features a 500 m² private garden with an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, exclusively available to you and your travel companions. The villa extends over three fully accessible floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms: the Blue Room with its own en-suite bathroom, the Gold Room, the Rose Room, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. A TV is available in every bedroom except the Rose Room. The living and dining area as well as the kitchen are also air-conditioned. For year-round comfort, the entire villa is equipped with central heating. All 4 bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. For added convenience during longer stays, the villa also offers two washing machines and a dryer. This private villa is conveniently located close to all major attractions in the Antalya area, making it easy for you to plan your trip. Just one step to the pool, 2 minutes to Land of Legends, 5 minutes to the sea and the hospital, and 25 minutes to Antalya Airport; a luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful vacation. My villa has a pool of approximately 50 square meters that can be used all year round, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. Since my pool has a heating system, you can enjoy the pool outdoors even if you plan a vacation during the winter months.

It is a single building. A deposit is collected from the guest at check-in (up to 10% of the rental fee) for electricity and water usage. The remainder of the deposit will be paid to the guest at check-out. 5 kWh electricity is 1 Euro. 1 ton of water is 1 Euro. Curtains and blinds are used instead of shutters. In accordance with Turkish Law, identity and passport information is requested at check-in for registration. A cleaning fee of 5000 TL is requested for 1 night purchases. You can book a minimum of 2 nights.
