It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

It is in the back of the owners' residence but has a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Molhes Beach and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils to prepare small meals but, if you prefer, the best restaurants in town are nearby! A bakery, supermarket and pizzeria can also be found in the neighborhood

The double bed has a brand new spring mattress for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is compact and has basic utensils, as well as a toaster and blender. Oh, just bring your bath towel, as I provide a face towel and full bed linen + blanket.
