This is a large and comfortable studio! 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), well-lit, and equipped with amenities. Located at the back of the owners' residence but with a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Praia dos Molhes and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing light meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are nearby!

It is a private apartment on the ground floor, within a courtyard with more units for rent, where my family also lives. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from the Praia da Cal beach and 500 meters from the Praia da Guarita portico. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY DURING THE NIGHT, in a closed and safe courtyard, but it is not covered. APTO HAS ROOM FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.
