The house is located on a quiet street in the city, about 500m from the center, there are grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and fast food. Extremely quiet place, with a small population, Balkan people with a friendly character. The city has developed eco-tourism, the main livelihood is animal husbandry and cultivation of oil rose. The house is close to all this, as well as has the convenience of every home, wireless internet, free parking space.

The house is on two floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, in the large room there is one bedroom. Medium room 3 beds /one is a small children's bed/. A small room, one bedroom for two, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large dining room. The capacity of the first floor is 7 people. On the second floor there is only one common bedroom with up to 5 people. The total capacity of the house is 12 people.
