We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

I had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it super comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was easy to relax after a long day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

The house was comfortable and well-located making our stay enjoyable. The check in process was smooth. Host was friendly and responsive. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. The unit is cozy and comfortable with easy supermarket access at the ground level to buy water or any daily necessity. The view is out-of-this-world especially at night. You can see Jakarta full of lights, so beautiful. It has washing machine and drying rack which are very convenient for travellers. If you wanna go shopping, this place is very close to Mall Kelapa Gading or Mall of Indonesia. Only 5 minutes drive using taxi or online taxi like GoCar or Grab. Overall, this place is very recommended for travellers who want to visit Jakarta. Thank you Adinda 😊 🙏

it was a pleasant stay, the host was responsive, the room was clean and cozy. a few inputs we have already communicate with the host for future improvements and they response positively. definitely trusted, good choice for a weekend gateaway :)

Multiple stays with Kozystay and like my previous ones, this one did not disappoint. I chose this listing based on the building and neighborhood being one of my favorites in Jakarta, and also based on the pictures and thankfully the reality matched them. Previous reviews by other guests mentioned a plumbing smell; it wasn't there when we arrived but did become noticeable after a few days. No other real negative points, it was overall a great stay. Although a broom and dustpan would be a nice addition to clean up after ourselves as the floor kind of needs it after a week.

Really a gem here ! Endang is very very responsive and flexible host. The appartment is small but has everything every detail. I never had to ask for something because everything was there literally . Very clean with extra sheets towels everything is available. Neighbours calm and not noisy. security kind and helpful. The place was perfect for our group. We had separate rooms and still have a common area where we can stay. The location was also convenient with a lot of nearby convenience stores and a mall nearby connected through the basement. Overall, we’re very happy we stayed here!

The place is clean and very comfy. The view is veru beautiful. In master bedroom, we can see the view of JIS and 2 mountains (I dont know what mountain it is, but I can see the two of them when the weather is clean). The place is so complete, there is a hairdryer, iron, and we can use the washer. When we arrived, there is some welcome food that we can eat. I'm so in love with your place. Thank you!!!

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.
