Very nice apartment, very clean. Rayane is responsive and flexible, we were late arriving because of traffic jams but Rayane was able to be there to give us the keys. The apartment is easy to access with an elevator.

The building is secure. There is 1 underground parking space. A clean, spacious and very conveniently located apartment. Equipped with 2 air conditioners, you'll feel comfortable with all the amenities. Located in the city center, you will find the caves and waterfalls of Kefrida 40 minutes away (not to mention the paragliding of Aokas), Cape Carbon, Monkey Peak, Yemma Gouraya and Aiguades beach less than 30 minutes away. Djaafar was welcoming, friendly and responsive. The area is really beautiful. We'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation is entirely faithful to the photos of the listing, tidy and very clean, beyond that this property has been carefully decorated with taste. The accommodation contains the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is well located close to many shops and other amenities as well as the main roads leading to Béjaïa, the Soummam Valley and the highway to Algiers. Mustapha is a very welcoming, proactive and available host for any questions. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant travel experience in the city of El Kseur.

we rented the accommodation from February 13 to 20, 2025, we had a great week in Bejaia, the location is strategic, shops and restaurants just downstairs, transport to get around the nearby city, the accommodation was very clean, the welcome was very warm, Lamri was available when needed, we were able to visit heavenly places, correct price given the location and accessibility to transport, we will come back with great pleasure. This place is well managed and very clean. Location is great and close to the beach, also near many local shops and restaurants. Host was good at communication and provided recommendations for local restaurants.

We had a great time at Hakim's apartment, perfectly located in the city of Ziama Mamsouriah which remains our favorite place on the Kabyle coast. Hakim communicates perfectly about the different opportunities offered by the region. We'll be happy to go back!

Salem is a spotless host, he is very responsive, kind and helpful. Salem's place matches the photos, it offers a beautiful sea view. The nearest beach is only a 3 minute walk (This beach is small and it is a little deep at the entrance, it is full of pebbles of all dimensions, which does not make it ideal for children especially in the presence of currents in the sea). There are other great beaches nearby with plenty of sand for people being transported. Shops: (+) There are two grocery stores a 6-minute walk from the rental. (-) No restaurants nearby (there is only one restaurant close to the rental next to the grocery stores and I do not recommend it because the waiting time is long and the food is not good). (-) No butcher shop nearby. To enjoy your stay in this apartment, a vehicle would be required. Thank you Salem for your hospitality and professionalism.

Madani's place is a nice large apartment decorated with great care in a marine spirit, the apartment is very very well-equipped there were even books, magazines and board games that allowed us to gather and play together. The place is secure accessible to Saket beach on foot, it is a pleasant and well-traveled pebble beach. There is a convenience store where you can find everything, a baker and a pizzeria just next door, a little further you will find a bowling alley where you can have fun. the pool is not very big but is nice. Samia our host is very kind and caring. Thank you for everything we will come back nchallal

Our stay in Souk El Ténine was more than a discovery a real wonder, the apartment located in the heights brings a totally picturesque and serene dimension... An apartment for two, not far from the bus station and next to a large boulevard, bus number 29 nearby to go to the city center in 15 minutes, location, ideal for people traveling by bus and taxi, tobacco shop, general food, hairdresser, snack and pizzeria nearby, the elevator works perfectly, small concierge at the entrance, very discreet, I can only recommend Kamel's apartment, who is very friendly and responsive

A beautiful apartment, well equipped, and the most important thing is cleanliness, I give a WoW. Two air conditioners, 10mbps Wi-Fi. A big thank you to Karim the intermediary, as well as Sadek who was always in communication with us. Free parking next door. as I was with family on the first day I met young people and I was afraid for my family, but in the end they are kind.
