There is a gas system for heating water (does not operate on Saturday) and also a solar water heater. For those who come with an electric vehicle, there is also a charger for an electric vehicle. Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room.
