The accommodation is located in the wine metropolis of Laumersheim surrounded by idyllic vineyards with the excellent wineries Knipser, Phillip Kuhn and Mario Zelt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. This small but sensibly divided apartment in the basement offers everything you need for your stay. Via a long driveway you reach the courtyard and the entrance to your apartment. In the vicinity you will find plenty of parking and shopping. In 10 minutes you can walk to the nearest train station / supermarket / bakery. The fast connection to the A6 / A650 will take you to Mannheim / Bad Dürkheim within 15-20 minutes. WiFi / TV available

Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.
