Highly recommend! Staying at this Airbnb was just amazing! The place was exactly as described in the pictures – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. By bike or car you can quickly get to Groningen, where you can do numerous activities! Our highlight was the hot tub, which was used diligently. We would come back.

It was just amazing! You almost don't need to say more. Super friendly, fast and easy communication, clean, great & high-quality furnishings, everything you need, great hot tub, great view and surroundings, nice quiet location and much more! We had a great time staying here! Glad we could use the shed, too. The hottub was super, there was good coffee and we were happy with Nanda's tips about the area. The cottage has really all the comforts. Definitely recommended for those who want to enjoy the tranquility and wide surroundings!

everything was correct! Upon entering, there was a nice music on it. It smelled nice of the rituals. The contact went smoothly via the app. Beautiful location and walking distance to beautiful hiking trails. we were very satisfied!

Great house in a great idyllic, very quiet location, very nicely furnished rooms, good mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped, it lacks a few utensils and especially larger pots if you want to cook with 8 people. The dishwasher was broken; unfortunately, the landlord could not repair it on site either. Overall, however, a great place to stay that is worth the price.

We had a fantastic stay at Henk and Ineke’s lovely place. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and even better than the photos (thanks to some upgrades since our reservation)! It’s clear that Henk and Ineke truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. They were friendly, flexible, and always approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to visit again sometime. Oant sjen!

A beautiful temporary home away from home! We were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Dina's tiny house. It was even more beautiful than expected, completely quiet and private....but with all the amenities we wanted. The sauna was a dream, especially in the cold, wet weather. Dina is a very likeable host and we were very happy to have decided on Ellertshaar. For us, one of the most beautiful Christmas we had. Dear Diana, Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

Very much enjoyed a weekend in Anita's cozy house. We were met and shown around by Hatty. The house is decorated with great attention to detail. You won't get tired of it. The beds sleep well and everything you need is present. Because of the warm weather, we stayed with our dog mainly in and around the house. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the veranda and enjoy the many bird visits on the peanut butter tree. Repeatable!

We had a great time. Quiet and cozy area, great apartment and the absolute highlight was the winter garden. Pascall was very accommodating, friendly and easy to reach. If we are in the area again, we will definitely include this offer again.

Mirte's cottage is wonderful. It is beautifully located in a forest rich in birds. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are definitely in the right place. The cottage itself is basic but certainly sufficient. We would like to go here again.

We had a long stay of 3 weeks here. Louren's was extremely helpful, and there if we needed anything. The morning views over the fields for sunrise were stunning, and the village beautiful. Access to the forest is minutes away, amazing for walking dogs, quiet, vast, lots of different options of paths. Larger towns are close when needed. We loved our stay here

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated forest cottage! Located in a fairy tale like woodland setting, it was amazing — especially with bunnies regularly hopping around the yard, much to the delight of our kids. The cottage itself was cozy, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The villa park’s amenities were a big hit: the playground and pool kept the children entertained for hours each day. What really stood out, though, was the attentiveness of the host. They had prepared two sets of toddler-friendly cutlery and even included a charming forest bingo game, which encouraged our kids to spot local animals — an activity they loved and one that made their time in nature even more magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better family retreat. Highly recommended!

Sandra was friendly, communicated clearly and quickly. Before the start of the trip, there was helpful information. One problem we had with the campsite barrier, she quickly solved. A little snack sweetened our arrival. We particularly liked that a bag with utensils such as a sponge and a garbage bag were available. Things you can easily forget to take with you. 5/5

We stayed with Anne for about 10 days with our little daughter and we all enjoyed it very much. Our daughter loved going to the barn every morning and evening and saying hello and good night to the animals☺️. She was allowed to play with all the children's toys in the yard after prior arrangement and also loved playing with Anne's son. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Despite the proximity to the main house, we never felt like we were disturbing anyone. On the contrary, Anne and her family were very warm and hospitable. The house is as described. However, we lacked a few storage options for clothes. The area is super nice and quiet. There is a lot to discover and do in the area. We preferred to bike around the area. Absolutely recommended!

A great place to spend some nice time. Be aware that the street is right in front of the house(didn't bother me much) and that the stairs to the nice sauna are fairly steep. The house itself is very comfy and there's a nice place for sitting outside.

We felt very comfortable in the cottage and found the child-friendly equipment of the campsite, which is more like a beautifully landscaped park, to be very positive! The hosts were friendly and communicative, we thank you for the lovely stay!

It was wonderful on this one Place! It's just a pity that we only went there for such a short time because we also visited Giethoorn and Zwolle. Next time I would definitely like to stay here longer. The beds were wonderful (would fit a double bed instead of a bunk bed) and all facilities are great. What a luxury place!! Highly recommended!

We spent 5 nights in the beautiful cottage, it is quietly located, you sleep wonderfully. Unfortunately, we did not meet the hosts, but the contact was very friendly, the check-in completely unproblematic. The living and dining area is bright and friendly thanks to the two patio doors and nice and cozy thanks to the underfloor heating. We had our bikes with us, which would not have been necessary, there are 2 good ones available. We will be happy to come back.

The cottage is really great, very cozy, nicely decorated. We felt right at home. On our arrival, the heating and a light were on (early June, it was still quite cool outside). The landlords were easy to reach (they live next door), very warm, but very discreet and unobtrusive. The house and also the surroundings (many seating options outside) are very thoughtful and very lovingly made. Here you can see that the landlords do the rental with dedication and make sure that everything is in order. The whole property is very nice and well maintained, we were able to store the bikes in the shed. When we were there, the stork's nest was fully occupied and the male often walked through the garden. It is beautifully located in the middle of fields and far away from all the stress. We are definitely very happy to have booked this accommodation.
