Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). Best vacation I've had in years. I have traveled quite a bit but never used Airbnb before. I included this in my initial message. Darren made sure to give clear and precise instructions that made everything from start to finish so easy and comfortable. The pics don't do the property justice. As beautiful as the photos look, in person everything is magnified by a hundred. My two pups also loved VT and they really enjoyed chasing each other around the property. If you would be so kind as to host us again, we would definitely be back!!

My family and I stayed for three nights here and loved it! It was very cozy and fit two adults and two small children great. It was family friendly and included a gate for around the wood stove so the kids wouldn't touch it. The bedrooms were cozy. It had everything we needed!

Perfect place to stay the night at .. near the Pittsford Farm area where our granddaughters birthday was and just a beautiful area. Near Brandon Vt too where we went for breakfast near the waterfall right in town. Very nice stay. Slept peacefully!

Dena’s place was just what we needed. We have family in the area but cannot stay with them because there is not space. The bungalow was exactly as described, very comfortable, and peaceful. We got in very late and had trouble with the keypad, but Dena lives on-site and came to save the day. The bed was comfortable, and had great pillows! Would definitely stay again!
