Located in an old industrial area in Sosnowiec, the loft on chemiczna street provides a very confortable living room (39m2) with 2 convertible sofas and 2 large bedrooms (17m2 ). There are 2 separate bathrooms with a shower and a WC. The flat is confortable for 8 people but we can add 2 folding beds for children in the bedrooms. The kitchen is located in a vast hallway. The living room is equiped with a baby foot, an arcade machine and other games. VAT invoice provided.

A comfortable apartment for one to two people is less than a kilometer from the Spodek sports and entertainment hall and can be reached in about 12 minutes. The apartment has an equipped corner for office work (desk, comfortable armchair, 32 inch 3K monitor, USB charger, induction charger.) On the last day of your stay, you can stay in the apartment until 12pm ! Nearby (4 minutes on foot) there is a paid guarded car park at the price of 15 zlotys per day.
