Appartement 2 pièces, refait à neuf, 40m², en centre ville historique de Chinon, donnant sur la place Jeanne d'Arc sans vis-a-vis. L'appartement dispose d'une belle hauteur sous plafond, il est situé au 1er et dernier étage, c'est donc calme. Parking gratuit sur la place au pied de l'appartement. Boulangerie, pharmacie, banques et cafés-restaurants sont au pied de l'immeuble. Les quais de la Vienne sont juste devant à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Le logement est non fumeur.

It is located on the Loire bike path on the Loire quay, on the 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet and unoverlooked inner courtyard, facing the Château de Saumur. Completely refurbished ,classified 3 stars furnished with tourist accommodation, the accommodation is composed of a 30 m2 main room where there is an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed with easy opening with a real 140 mattress, a 14 m2 bedroom with its 160 X 200 bed and a shower room.
