This is a very nice and beautiful private annex/cottage. It looks new, is modern, stylish, spotless and quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. There is not much to do in the area though. A car can be parked right in front of the cottage. The toilet is on the ground floor and a shower is upstairs where the double bed is. A perfect place for a night over or for a few nights while visiting Orléans.

The cottage is very comfortable and has a very pleasant and peaceful setting. We had a bachelor party and were able to fully enjoy the available space, whether inside to play board games or outside with the barbecue and brazero. Excellent stay at Frédéric's spacious and peaceful place! Convenient location and easy to find, parking is specially provided. Childcare equipment is also available and there are some games in the garden. Happy hosting your family.

We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

Very nice small townhouse, easy to access in a lively neighborhood. Very nice renovation, with quality materials. Small kitchen very well thought out with all the amenities you need for cooking. The bedding is perfect, the bed very well made, a spacious and very clean bathroom like the rest of the house. We'll be there again. Angéline

Loïc’s house is excellent and exactly as described. The pool is lovely. It’s good to have the barbecue. We cycled every day parts of the Loire velo route. On bike it’s only 40’ to the centre of Orleans. Loic himself was very helpful and communicated quickly

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous gite. The house was comfortable and very clean! It was a great base for us to explore many chateaus within the region. We loved this place and would highly recommend and hope to return to one day.

Functional apartment, very well located in the heart of the center and close to the banks of the Loire. Large free parking. Entrance either through the building lobby or through the enclosed garden.
