Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Millstream House

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Millstream House originally had a mill and a blacksmith shop out back. The bridge is built on the old foundations of other old mills. Some of the original old mill gears and wheels are still scattered around the area, as well as old blacksmith tools. The home has been completely updated, but retains the charm and character of the old days. Beavers, ducks, geese, bald eagles, falcons are sometimes visible in the river from backyard.
