Offers a great open kitchen recently remodeled, a large deck, New gas fireplace, comfortable bedrooms, a 2-car garage, and it is only a short walk to the incomparable Elfin Forest! This home is only one story, so all bedrooms, baths and living space is single level once you walk up the entry stairs. This house has no Air conditioning. The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer.
