Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

This home is the perfect peaceful getaway for a couple or family in Bayshore (next to Waldport), offering lovely ocean views and is just a 7 min walk to the beach, or a 10-15 min drive to Yachats/Newport Bridge.

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and wood stove.

The Dolphin House

Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. This is a spacious, gorgeous beachfront home with amazing views from every window. You walk off the large deck onto the sandy beach. To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy!
