The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. Aksel Bey's house is just as it appears in the photos. The 2+1 house has everything you can need. Very comfortable apartment with smart home system, underfloor heating. Mr. Aksel is very kind and easy to communicate with. If you need to stay around Maslak, you can opt blindfolded.

The area you are in consists of 4 sections. There are 1 2+1 and 3 1+1 suites side by side. In general, even if they are close to each other, it is quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house is exactly as it appears. Free parking is available.

Burak is the best person I ever met . He is kind and nice young man. His apartment is just amazing . We loved the view so much . Living room is very big and you will have amazing view from the big glass balcony . I stayed in the duplex apartment . It’s so big and comfortable . The swimming pool is also very clean. If you guys come here Burak didn’t tell us he is a busy man I know that but he has very big market in the lobby floor it’s a nice shop you can find everything . Prices are also very good. But the most beautiful thing is you feel at home because Burak makes you feel that . He is welcoming you like a friend . I’ll come back again ✨

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

This was our 2nd stay in this apartment and everything was as we expected. The location, the comfort of the beds, the meticulousness of the cleaning staff are appreciated. Employees do their jobs as well as they should. We have become a permanent customer and it has become the place we stay every time we come to Istanbul. The center is close to many points, it is suitable for exploring the historical peninsula with a tram, the entrance was easy, the air conditioning and hot water were very good

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. This apartment is in a fantastic location if you’re staying in Istanbul. There’s lots to do close by and all the great mosques are within walking distance. There’s a few famous restaurants also within great walking distance. The host is a very kind man, who is extremely responsive and always on hand if you need anything. He even offered to give us a lift and show us around if necessary. The apartment is exactly as described and perfectly suitable for anyone looking for a stay which is central to Istanbul and looking to keep those taxi costs low.
