My stay was excellent!!! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean, organized, and has everything you need for a good stay, comfortable bed, the apartment is airy and well air-conditioned, I felt at home. Close to the mall. The place is super quiet, helpful doormen. And the host, who was speechless, super helpful, and kind, made me feel super comfortable. I just want to thank him for these incredible days with all the comfort provided. Super I recommend the apê. Thanks again!

Yhis was my 3rd trip to JP, we chose this location b cause of the balcony and it did not disappoint! I spent every hour I had to be working on the balcony, perfect amount of sun, perfect breeze! There is a steakhouse nearly next door, 24 hour pharmacy, padaria, fruit market, and soon to be opened 24 hour grocery store. Always responded to questions and provided plenty of linens for our 2 week stay! Highly recommend!

Best location in João Pessoa. It is just a 2-minute walk to the João Pessoa sign and the seafront, between Tambaú and Cabo Branco beaches. The condominium is very organized and has a very good leisure area on the roof. The apartment is excellent, new and quality furniture and fixtures. We went as two couples and were accommodated very comfortably. Weli is a great host. The stay was perfect.

I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The room view is BEAUTIFUL, and it's an excellent place to stay here. Voltaria many times and stay again! You can book without concern!

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and hygiene essentials on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets in the whirlpool area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a larger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it is just a suggestion.

Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. Besides being close to several beaches, it also has a nearby downtown area with restaurants and a very busy beach. We will definitely come back more often, Alberto was an excellent host! nota 1000

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I thought it was a little hot, maybe because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The apartment is well decorated and very comfortable, with excellent linens and a very well-equipped kitchen with top-notch appliances. Dayenne responded quickly every time we needed her. Covered building garage, two excellent parking spaces. Impeccable swimming pool and barbecue area. We felt at home!

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So have a good stay, as I did.

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.
