The accommodation is impeccable in common (The lobby, elevator) there is a ready night market and a 7eleven right next to the door

We had a great time staying at Ryan’s place. He was a very responsive host who accommodated us with great flexibility. We thoroughly appreciated that. The place is very clean and well equipped. Nothing more I could have asked for. Parking was easy with good access. We also felt safe as the place was well guarded. I strongly recommend this place to others and happily return if opportunity arises.

Had such a great stay at The Maritime Penang! The suite was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. I really loved the sea view 🥹 it was absolutely stunning and calming. Great place to stay if working around Bayan Lepas area, convenient with restaurants nearby. Unit facing main road so have to bear with some background noises. Owner left the AC running on check in day so will feel cooling when enter house. Checking in would be better if owner showed where the parking lot is located as lot number painted on floor & difficult to view from driver side, had to turn 2 rounds before noticed it. If you are someone who have lived in landed property then will be unfamiliar with process that have to tap access card each time taking lift up, which instructions were not stated in PDF doc shared in WA group. Access card also had some issue in the lift (the 3 cards bundle), tapping it on the scanner then press floor level but not moving. Had to alternate btwn the 2 cards. Washing machine provided but balcony is too exposed to leave to hang out to dry when you spend the whole day out at work. Masterroom toilet bidet missing & knob is loose but still functional.

Spacious house , amazing views from level 41 with good hygiene. Great location as not too far from the city! The only downside is there’s only 4 lifts to accommodate the high dense buildings. But lucky enough the unit located at the highest level , hence not too bad to go down to the parking area. Overall still highly recommended!

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

The room was clean.We appreciated the comfortable bedding, nice view, thoughtful amenities. The air-conditioning worked perfectly.

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool right outside, and there is a food court downstairs. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend this place

We loved Asmah’s apartment! It was large, spacious, very clean and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms plus a large kitchenette with a washing machine b which was a godsend as we could wash our clothes after being on the road for a few days! We also loved the swimming pool and the availability of a great supermarket downstairs and restaurants if we didn’t want to go into town! If we had problems we just sent txts and they were responded to quite quickly. Would stay in Tanjong Tokong again in a heartbeat.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.
