Townhome vacation rentals in Bay of Kotor

We had a lovely stay. The house is very nice, everything is brand new and very clean. We were very well received by Natacha and Anja. Thank you for the welcome gift (charcuterie and cheese board, breadball, 1 bottle of wine, water and orange juice, butter and some fruit). Thank you also for the great tips for visiting and restaurants. We'll be back ….

We really enjoyed our stay at Zorica's. The location with 2 minutes to the bus station and a maximum of 10 minutes to the beach and downtown was a great advantage. The room and bathroom were very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was cleaned more often by Zorica. Zorica is an attentive and lovable hostess we would love to come back to.

We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts. The view from the main terrace with a beautiful view of the sea is quiet. Very nice hosts could always count on their help, thank you for the delicious pastries that you gave us. Thank you for a great vacation

an amazing view, lovely clean place with everything you need! far enough away from the hectic budva and becici scene, but also close enough if you’re into that. public buses nearby to connect you to the other beaches down south, and a supermarket just a few minutes away. really enjoyed my time here, thanks guys!

Difficult town to access, almost no parking. Beautiful characterful house, well equipped with lots of space inside and outside on the amazing terrace. Decent restaurants and surprisingly good supermarkets nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay

Zoran was the best host we have ever had on Airbnb. The apartment was super clean and well decorated with thoughtful details. Zoran was always around and was always super helpful with everything. He was kind enough to cook a wonderful dinner and even took us around the city on the last day of our stay. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the thoughtful conversations with Zoran. So If you are looking for a place to stay in Budva, look no more.

We had such a lovely stay at Gordana's! She is an incredible host, very friendly and welcoming. She explained the history of the area to us which was really interesting. The apartment sits on the oldest road in Montenegro and is stunning. The balcony is a dream, it is shared with the other guests in the house but still feels secluded - an ideal place to relax with a book or chat with other guests. You will be a few minutes walk away from the supermarket and the beach. Risan is a perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of heavy tourist spots, it's a lovely walk/short bus to Perast or a short bus journey to Kotor so you can get the best of both worlds. I would happily and highly recommend staying at Gordana's place to anyone, we can't wait to come back. Thanks again!

We had a good time, everything matches the description and photos. The family is kind and hospitable. We preferred to travel by car to get to the beaches, the climb is a bit difficult, but the place is quiet. Beautiful trips to the surrounding areas, Zanjic beach and Blue Cave. We also went to Ostrog Monastery, beautiful but very challenging. Hercez Novi is very nice. To be returned. Thanks for the hospitality

Nela is a perfect host. She's very kind, she heled us with everything in any possible way. Our stay has been really delightful. If we'll ever come back to petrovac we'll surely stay at her place

The apartment is gorgeous, with pretty touches, a well-stocked kitchen, a gorgeous large balcony with beautiful views and comfy furniture. The pool, which is about 20 metres away, did not disappoint. It’s much bigger than we expected and we could have a good swim as a family. My only reservation- and it’s not a big one - is that while Thorleif himself is an excellent host, his local person who runs it is not very communicative. I’m hoping this changes in the future. I’d also like to see interior blinds on the upstairs bedroom’s inner windows so that we don’t have to listen quite so closely in case a child gets up :)

Great place and host. Lovely veranda and spacious room with all we needed. Glad we stayed an extra couple of days. Gordana and her family are fabulous hosts and go out of their way to help.

The location is the shining star! Loved the water view from the balcony and the ease to both the old city and the seaport. Milena, the host, could not be friendlier! Plenty of space for a few people too.

We had a great time at Gordanas place! The room is very beautiful, nicely decorated and the tiles in the bathroom look amazing. Also the view at the mountain and the balcony are great and we directly felt at home. Gordana is very friendly and helpful, responded super quickly and gave us great recommendations. This house is beautiful! The view is amazing with a wonderful terrace. The house has everything you need in the kitchen so you can feel as home. Unfortunately it was very hot during our visit, otherwise Kotor is in a walking distance. Sanja is a wonderful host! She helped us with everything we asked for and even more. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone! Best regards Maria with family

The place was great and centrally located in old town Cavtat. Maria greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were set up. Plenty of room amongst the 3 floors. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Staying at Zoran's was very good! The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment and is located in a good location, close to the center, but in the evening there is peace and quiet. Zoran is a nice host, he drove us to the apartment in person, recommended tasty eateries, and I always answer our questions quickly. Recommended! :)

The location of the villa is convenient. Nearby there is a market, shopping mall, old town, sea. The villa was quiet and comfortable. If you are walking to the villa, then do not follow the google maps route!!! Otherwise, you'll have to walk uphill for a long time. To avoid this entrance to the villa from Topliski Put street

Friendly hosts, helpful. The place is clean, not far from the beach. A huge plus is that they have their own parking for their guests which is otherwise a problem in Petrovac.
