Conforme à la description: c’est un studio pour 2 très lumineux. Points positifs: -au calme -facile de se garer et gratuit -bien équipé pour la cuisine et grandes serviettes pour la piscine + serviettes supplémentaires pour la douche -ménage fait en milieu de séjour -propre -grande terrasse mais à partager -piscine et transat agréables -bonne literie -pas mal de rangements Points négatifs: -promiscuité avec les voyageurs de l’appartement d’à côté -pièce à vivre petite -Lustica est loin de tout, il faut 30 minutes pour rejoindre le premier grand supermarché, 40 minutes pour Tivat et 45 minutes pour Kotor (si pas trop de bouchons dans le tunnel) donc voiture impérative -pas de machine à laver dans l’appartement, Tatyana nous a demandé d’aller faire la machine chez les voisin mais nous n’avons pas voulu, alors elle s’est gentiment occupé de notre linge En résumé: chouette studio, au calme, pour 2 personnes ayant une voiture. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous y étions à 2 adultes + 1 bébé et c’était un peu petit mais faisable.

Perfect location. Short walk to the old town and beaches. Private and clean space. The house contained all the essentials and when I needed anything Milos was super responsive and helpful.

I spent 2 weeks here and I have to say it was a wonderful stay, partly because Branca, Aleksandra's mother, was such a great host. She waited for me with some nice lemonade, a couple of rakija shots and a long and nice conversation. Same with her husband! When you are a solo travel, especially in a foreign country and for so long, you really appreciate these kinds of details. make you feel like home. Thanks! The apartment is as described. It has a beautiful balcony with a nice view od the mountains and it is located In a very quiet neighborhood, with everything you need just around the corner and a nice walk to the old town. Branca provided with great restaurant recommendations as well as what places to visit. She was always there for whatever I needed, she washed my clothes and even cleaned my bedroom. I would definitely come back!

The space was incredibly clean, and precisely corresponded to its description and the photos. This apartment is spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people. The unit was recently remodeled, so it had stylish setup, with clean new furniture and modern appliances, such as dishwasher, laundry machine, and all the cooking amenities. The living room has a nice view of the sea and the city. The owner, Samir was very welcoming, and willing to give his car for a short term rental for a modest price. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. Our stay wasn't in the peak season, but I would definitely recommend this unit for the summer vacation.

absolutely perfect!!!! appreciate Luka very much for everything. we were absolutely enjoyed, unfortunately stayed only one night. we are a couple, occasionally our friend joined us and Luka arranged for her the add sofa in the salon. very comfortable, stalish appartment, lovely garden, friendly cat:). strongly recommended, i'm sure you'll enjoy as we did.

Natalia was a great host of a lovely apartment. She helped organise our transfer from the airport, let us check in a little early, made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is conveniently close to the beach and there are loads of restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommended :)

also mein Aufenthalt bei Dubi war super! Ich wurde von seiner reizenden Mama und Tante in Empfang genommen, sie haben mir alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist klasse gelegen, im Umkreis hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants! Zur Altstadt und Mogren Beach waren es 20 min zu Fuß. Ich habe die Strecke zum kurzen Joggen verwendet. Ein Parkplatz war mir sehr wichtig, ich war mit Auto unterwegs und auch das war perfekt, es gibt direkt ein Parkplatz vorm Haus und wenn man da kein Platz fand konnte man noch in den stillgelegten Kanal zum Parken runterfahren, noch nie so wenig Stress mit Parken gehabt :) Der Besuch lohnt sich! Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles da! Vielen Dank!

The location is very beautiful just as in the pictures. The host Dragan is a very nice guy, welcoming and helpful. If you travel to Kotor i surely recommend this AirBnb.

My stay was close to perfect. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and exactly as described. I would recommend downloading the check-in instructions in case you have internet connection difficulties when arriving in Montenegro. As long as you make the turn at the bakery (super easy to find) and follow the road around a couple of corners, it's fine. Because there are similar looking buildings, it's important to know you need to follow the road all the way round and pass some similar apartments first. The location is excellent for accessing all that Budva has to offer. It's close to the centre, the beach and the Old Town. The owners are very professional, communicate well and can offer advice as they are very experienced in the tourism industry. All in all, an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Tivat. The location is walking distance to everything but on a quiet part of Tivat away from the crowds. The apartment itself is modern, new and comfortable for even long staying. Shops and restaurants 5-10 min walk. Beds were quiet and comfortable. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

echt een plek waar je je thuis voelt. alles is met zorg en kwaliteit samen gesteld. het zwembad is ook prachtig. vriendelijke host die snel en vlot en behulpzaam reageerde. met de auto moet je een vrij steile weg omhoog rijden. is goed te doen maar de eerste keer lijkt het wat spannender. een huis die wij zeer aanraden.

L'appartement était plus grand que prévu puisqu'il y avait 3 chambres séparées. Appartement confortable et près des restaurants toit en étant très paisible. Seul petit point négatif sur le manque de volets mais c'est un problème que nous avons retrouvé partout.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts live on site and were very attentive and helpful. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms which had air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There was also a full sized kitchen. The balcony was the length of the property so 3 of us could sit out easily and enjoy the view of the sea. The supermarket was a 15 minute walk. The beach was 10 mins walk through the trees and down some steep steps and the bus stop for the bus to Cavtat and Dubrovnik was a 3-5 minute walk. The apartment is well positioned to explore this part of Croatia and, with plenty of sun loungers and a pool, it was great for relaxing. The bars and restaurants are along the seafront so just a short walk. There was also a great restaurant across the road. The owners were lovely and very considerate and the whole place was very clean.

I had a fantastic one-month stay at Marina's! The apartment is in a modern building with tasteful decor, a small terrace, a comfortable bed, and an excellent shower located a five-minute walk from the beach (and close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and the train station). The building even has a communal washer and dryer, which was a plus. A good value, highly recommended. I hope to return!

Апартаменты соответствуют описанию, очень уютная, небольшая квартира в тихом и спокойном районе. Анастасия очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин! Всё понравилось. Обязательно остановимся ещё при следующем визите в Черногорию! Рекомендую!

Everything was put in order and convenient to use. The host was very professional. He was responsive, supportive, and nice. The host told me a lot about the tourist tax that I had not known, which was really helpful to me.

Nah am Flughafen, also perfekt für die erste oder letzte Nacht in Montenegro. Hat damit genau erfüllt, was wir suchten.

I had a really good stay here. Milan was extremely helpful and very communicative. The only down side was that I came out of season so nothing was open and it was very dark to walk around Sveti and night. There isn’t too much street lighting but this of course is not the fault of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, really got a water and powerful shower and lovely because you could hear the sea from the room. It could just maybe do with a bit of modernisation. Overall I was very satisfied for the price I paid.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé sur les hauteurs, loin de l’agitation de la ville. Merci à la sœur de Predrag d’avoir été si réactive par message ainsi qu’à ses parents pour leur gentillesse. Un changement de draps et de serviettes à mi-séjour nous a été proposé ce qui était très appréciable. Nous avons également pu utiliser la machine à laver présente dans l’immeuble. Les petits chats nous ont tenu bonne compagnie tout au long du séjour :) Petite subtilité : nous n’étions pas au courant qu’il fallait régler une taxe de séjour. La mère de Predrag a donc récupéré nos pièces d’identité afin de la régler puis nous l’avons remboursée (24 euros pour 12 jours à 2). Seuls petits points « négatifs »: le logement était parfois assez humide malgré le VMC présent dans la salle de bain et le WIFI un peu problématique le soir. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement si vous souhaitez visiter le Monténégro tout en ayant un pied à terre au calme (véhicule indispensable)

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Отзывчивый хозяин, быстрая реакция. Также в комплексе есть администраторы, которые всегда помогут с любым вопросом. Хорошее место, только стоит учесть, что дорога к апартаментам - подъем в гору (хотя нам было ок). Еще нет духовки (хотя есть на фото), но есть микроволновка. В стальном все отлично.

It’s easy to see why Zorica has so many positive reviews! Communication went well and she was always available and answered messages immediately! The room was cozy and comfortable with everything you could need. I enjoyed that it was walkable to old town and the river. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever in Trebinje again would certainly choose this place! Thank you Zorica & Mama
