Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bay of Kotor

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Fantastiskt boende, ännu bättre än vad bilderna visar. Terrassen kan man njuta av hela dagen och på kvällen se när solen går ner bakom bergen. Beba var dessutom den bästa värd vi haft, hjälpte alltid till, körde oss från flygplatsen och hjälpte oss att tvätta våra kläder.

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

This is a great place to stay and the host is brilliant. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc but is far enough away to be peaceful. Aleksander offered to pick us up.from the bus station if it was raining but luckily it stopped when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped ( unlike some other places I've stayed). It has a really good shower. This is an ideal place to stay in Kotor.

We very much enjoyed staying in L&J apartment 5, one of the top floor apartments. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and it has a large terrace with nice view on the water of Kotor Bay, from which you can see all the big ships and small boats go by. Good furniture on the terrace , which makes it very comfortable to sit there. The location of the apartment is great for visiting Kotor, it is a 15 minute walk along the waterfront to Kotor. Parking places in Kotor are always full, so you donot want to go there by car (the apartments have their own closed parking space). Dobrota has a long waterfront promenade with restaurants, on which it is nice to stroll. The hosts Veliborka and Marko are very friendly, they give good instructions how to reach the apartment, communication with them is easy and they always react quickly. We absolutely recommend L&J apartments !

Very nice and modern flat right on the coast of Kotor Bay. The view from the apartment is simply amazing. There is a nice beach just 50 meters away. Communication with the host was easy—Misha responds quickly and provided us with all the necessary information. The only possible issue is that while there are many beautiful places and picturesque towns and villages around Kotor Bay, you need a car to reach them from the apartment. Unfortunately, there are no pedestrian paths in the area. Overall, I can recommend this apartment to other guests.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

Everything about our stay was perfect, except for the fact we had to go home haha. This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. Biljana and Milan was there for us at all times and helped with everything from food, registration, snacks by the pool, awesome tips and car rides. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait to go back. The apartment was amazing. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in pictures and we were so surprised to find out we had room cleaning everyday. Definitely recommend!! 🤩❤️🙌🏼

Fenomenalny widok z apartamentu, łatwe zameldowanie, wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne do życia i do tego świetny basen, który mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko dla siebie 😁 polecam wszystkim! PS. Należy pamiętać, że na zapłacenie podatku turystycznego mamy tylko 2 dni od zameldowania !

We had a lovely 3 night stay, the accommodation was lovely and in an ideal location between the old town and marina. Dragan was very helpful and an impeccable host! Thank you Dragan for your hospitality and we would love to stay again soon!

Tatjana was so kind and nice to us. She helped with everything.She explained us where to go, to park like tour guide. The apartment was so clean and you have everything whatever you need. I would not think twice to rent this apartment. Thats the best option with the location, view.I can say the best view that you can have in Montenegro. So you dont need to look for other places to stay. I will come and stay again.Thanks for everything again Tatjana 🙂

We had a beautiful days in this amazing apartment. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and everything are comfortable. Everything we needed during stay was equipped, including items not listed on Airbnb website, we wonder why that is not advertised.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

First of all, we would like to thank Sandra for everything. It was the best place we could have stayed with our 2.5-year-old child. Everything was thoughtfully prepared in the house, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It felt as if we were staying with family. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning, hearing the birds sing, and smelling the jasmine flowers was simply amazing. Being able to walk to the town center and staying in a calm yet central location was wonderful. Having a safe place to park our car was also a great bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials for cooking. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful people. It truly felt like we had gone to and returned from our own summer house. If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose this place. It’s a perfect stay in every way — highly recommended. Wishing a lovely holiday to those who are planning to come!

The house is about a 15-minute drive from the Old Town, making it ideal for travelers with their own car. There is a large supermarket and a shopping center nearby where you can get all your daily necessities. Josipa is very friendly—she welcomed us and showed us around the house. The place is clean and tidy, with everything you could need. There’s also a basketball hoop and a soccer ball for kids to play with, and we had a wonderful three days.
