Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bay of Kotor

Très bon séjour passé à Dubrovnik dans ce bel appartement. Il est vraiment au centre de la ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied ! Marija est très accueillante, elle est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes ! Je recommande vivement.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

Majoittaja oli tosi ystävällinen ja avulias. Majoittajalta sai nopeat vastaukset kysymyksiin ja auttoi myös tarpeen tullen mm ravintolavarauksessa. Kohde oli varsinainen helmi, josta löytyi mahtavat puitteet rentoon lomailuun! Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Dark was an incredible host! He met us at the property to show us how everything worked and provided tips and recommendations to make our stay easier. He was also quick to help us line up a driver on short notice for a special dinner. His home is just outside the city walls and a very short walk from two bakeries which came in handy for breakfast. Perfect stay for our group of 7.

Everything went well. Stanko gave clear instructions, was reactive, flexible and friendly. Flat was accurately described. I did not achieved to close the window shutters, luckily I had my sleeping mask but if you can't sleep with light on and don't want to be waken up early in the morning by sunlight, it may be something to clarify with Stanko (but again maybe I just did not know how to close them). Climatisation was perfect, the flat is located in the middle of Podgorica's night life, you may hear a bit the music but honestly it is well soundproofed and was not an issue for me. I strongly recommand this place and this host. :)

Logement impeccable et fonctionnel, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, aussi bien pour les petits que les grands. Il y a une aire de jeux au bout de la rue et des petits plages de cailloux très agréables. Le jacuzzi, au bord de l'eau, un vrai bonheur. L'appartement et le jacuzzi se trouvent au bord de la mer, entre deux montagnes, c'est magnifique. Un très bel endroit pour se reposer après une journée passée à se balader dans les nombreuses activités autour de l'appartement. Marija, la propriétaire, est une personne formidable, avec qui nous avons adoré discuter. Elle n'a pas hésité à venir nous chercher lorsque notre voiture est tombée en panne et elle a toujours le sourire. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre en vacances chez eux, vous ne le regretterez pas ;)

We loved our stay ! Perfect location in walking distance from the old town, easy parking and a supermarket not far. Friendly and welcoming host. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Kotor.

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

Wir waren eine Woche in Ivas Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Besonders gerne haben wir die Terrasse genutzt- geräumig, mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Sie hat ein grünes Blätterdach, sodass man da wunderbar auch beim heißen Wetter draußen sitzen konnte. Iva ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und war für uns gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

2 bebek 5 yetişkin ile yaptığımız konaklamamızda, her şey harikaydı. Renetta çok güleryüzlü ve dost canlısı karşıladı bizi. Kızımın doğum günü için pasta, parti malzemeleri içecek bile bırakmıştı, sürprizi bizi çok mutlu etti. Konum Kotor Old Town’a yürüme mesafesinde, market eczane hepsi konuma çok yakın. Kısacası her şey güzeldi. Yalnızca otopark bizi biraz zorladı. Evin altında otopark olmadığı için yer bulması ve bebek arabalarını getirip götürmesi biraz zordu. Onun dışında her şey harikaydı. Tekrar konaklama ümidiyle 🙏🏻

Rajko and Danijela were our hosts and they were fantastic. This place is way off the beaten path, which was exactly what we were expecting. We were bicycle touring and we spent two nights here as we rode amazing and lonely roads from Cetinje to Perast. We went for a couple of hikes and a nice tadpole loop on our bikes, from the farm. Breakfasts and dinners, prepared by our hosts, were excellent, plentiful and inexpensive. There was always enough at breakfast for us to make a lunch, too. The small farm aspect was very nice, there’s a giant garden, lots of animals, great architecture and ruins and lots of interesting artifacts and local items. We kept the wood stove going throughout the night - the bedroom upstairs was cozy and warm - there was plenty of wood, and the Rummicube game saw some action, too. This is a very peaceful place and the hosts are friendly, welcoming and available. Highly recommended!

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Nos quedamos un mes en la casa de Jelena y fue una experiencia excelente. La ubicación era perfecta, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, y todo funcionaba tal como se muestra en el anuncio. Jelena fue una anfitriona increíble: muy clara, directa y atenta. Se preocupó en todo momento por nuestra comodidad, e incluso vino personalmente a cambiarnos las sábanas durante la estadía, un gesto que valoramos mucho.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. A beautiful apartment with a great view and a fabulous pool close to the centre of the town. It’s a short walk up the hill … easier on the way down than back up to the apartment! Cavtat is a really stunning location and the apartment was perfect for the 9 days we spent there. Really helpful and accommodating host and we will definitely return!

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.
