Das Haus liegt am oberen Ortsrand des kleinen Örtchens Olkenbach/Bausendorf in einem ehemaligen Weimbergshang. Man ist quasi direkt am Waldrand des riesigen Waldgebietes Kondelwald. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Olkenbach und dem dort gelegenen Spielplatz. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche vulkanische Maare,mit dem Auto zügig zu erreichen.
