Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Access to part of the park on the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. On request, we will be happy to offer you a homemade breakfast with local products (€12.5/pers). See you soon :)

Country and family home

Country house where you can meet with family to share convivial moments in the quiet of the countryside. The house will have to be returned to the condition you found it. Mandatory cleaning option 60 euros from 05/26/2025 to be paid separately. The house is composed of 5 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed convertible into 2 , 1 mezzanine with a double bed,and a sofa bed in the living room.
