Charming house, in a wooded and flowery courtyard, absolutely quiet, a short walk to the Montmartre hill. The decoration is very "Parisian", simple and refined. The house is functional. The beds are comfortable (duvets). Direct access to the courtyard (50 square meters) to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner right in front of the house (like a garden). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, rotating heat oven). Our neighborhood is very friendly, popular and quiet at the same time. Many restaurants within a stone's throw. 3 supermarkets within a minute's walk. A laundromat if you want to dry your laundry quickly, around the corner (the house is equipped with a washing machine). Many shops, rue Damrémont in particular (a stone's throw away) including a very good butcher, an excellent cheese maker, pastry chef and chocolatier, renowned and very good wine merchant! This street is called the little Champs Elysée!You are a 10-minute walk from Montmartre and Place Clichy (large Wepler cinema). Two metro stations (one less than a minute away) and 2 bus lines serving the center of Paris. Enjoy the Parisian tumult, then come and relax in a deck chair! A true haven of peace... The apartment is located in the heart of the Butte Montmartre district, with its good restaurants, charming alleyways, Sacré Cœur Basilica a few minutes away. The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms (160*200 cm bed), an equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, espresso machine), a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Sheets and towels provided. Separate toilet.

Quiet and bright, cosy apartment in Batignolles

Spacious and bright apartment in vintage style, located in Batignolles. It has all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plenty of storage and even a turntable. The bedding includes a queen size bed (160 x 200). The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator access. It is quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.

It is a superb typically Parisian flat, uniquely decorated and very well located, close to Opéra Ganier and Moulin Rouge. Offering a very large space of 1776 square feet (165 square meters), very rare in Paris, it consists in 6 rooms, including 3 rooms, 4 bathrooms and can easily accomodate up to 5 persons. 6 th floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa in the living room (5 places), a fireplace and bathroom. Bright and near the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge my flat is calm, sweet and original, in the heart of an area full of bars and restaurants.
