Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bathurst

We throughly enjoyed 5 nights at Hilton Homestead over New Year’s. Such a peaceful spot and the renovated home is just beautiful - the perfect mix of old and new. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, watching the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets and many home cooked meals. The surrounding towns are also quaint and very enjoyable to mosey around. Watching and listening to the cows being moved early on the first morning was a treat! Thank you Megan and John for the lovely stay. A perfect country getaway 💚

We had another lovely stay at Jane's place. It is so peaceful, just a short drive out of Orange. It's so nice to have breakfast cereals, toast, tea or coffee supplied by Jane. Takes the hassle out of looking for a place for breakfast before our long drive. Thanks again Jane.

A lovely, well-appointed house, with comfy beds and a huge TV with streaming and DVDs. Loved the fire pit for toasting marshmallows and glow stick dancing at night.

We loved staying at Catherine’s place. As a host she was super responsive and really helpful. She went out of her way to assist us when we needed. The accomodation was cosy and warm which was perfect as it snowed while we were there. Everything is close by which was also lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sue and Adam’s place. The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding scenery was stunning—and on clear nights, we were even able to see the Milky Way, which was truly a memorable experience. Sue and Adam were warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel at home from the start. Their two dogs, Zim and Jack, were lovely to have around. We especially enjoyed playing fetch with Zim in the yard—it added a fun and personal touch to our stay. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to others.

Blue Wren BnB was an absolute delight. Clean and cosy with super comfortable beds, and an awesome play space out the back for the kids. Rebecca was a really responsive and gracious host. The breakfast pack and fruit bowl were generous and delicious and the pantry provisions were amazing. Definitely hope to stay again.

Cathy went above and beyond for hosting us. It was a cold rainy day when we checked in. But she made sure that the place is warm. We booked Cathy’s place to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday - and the first thing we found was a beautiful gift left by Cathy! It was so wholesome. The property is immaculate, modern fittings with apt vintage touches. Cathy has a sizeable DVD collection. The kitchen has everything you possibly need. The backyard is great, I need to check that out during summer in future. Unlike many hosts, Cathy is very flexible with check-in/check-out. She let us knew that we can check-in earlier (almost 2 hours before). Same for checking-out! The location of the property is very convenient, with walkable and clickworthy surroundings. I cannot recommend Cathy enough. I know for a fact that Cathy’s place is going to be my go-to pick for my future Orange exploration.

Andrew was fantastic – very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was great – quiet street with all the great pubs, restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to spend time in Orange. Bec and Bens apartment was like a home away from home. Spacious, well equipped and private with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Could easily live comfortably for an extended stay or even as a 1 bedroom permanent residence as it contained all the essential facilities of a private home. Located among million dollar homes in a private cul de sac and within walking distance of the spectacular, recently opened Wentworth Golf Club. Communication was excellent and nice touches like a welcome pack of goodies upon arrival and coffee/tea selection with a well stocked refrigerator made the experience seem even more homely. Would highly recommend for a short or extended stopover to explore this lovely inland city with all it has to offer.

What a lovely little hideaway in Little Hartley. A perfect place to decompress away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Heather’s place was immaculate and so cozy - with lots of little details like homemade banana muffins that added that extra special touch to an already wonderful stay.

Jeremy and Juliet's property was an absolute treasure. The property was in a fabulous location, close to town but far enough away to feel the peace of the country. The house was immaculate and luxurious. So grateful the fire was lit for our arrival, very cosy and welcoming feel. Thoughtful touches including delicious bubbles and chocolate. Definitely recommend and would be back in a heartbeat.

Jenny is such a warm and lovely host! Her home is so cozy and comfortable—it genuinely feels like a home away from home. She greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcomed right from the start. She’s incredibly responsive and always ready to assist if you need anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!

Anne's place is a home away from home. It's spacious, yet felt couzy. I like the views from each and every window of the house. The bed is comfy, heater, electric blanket all available. Bathroom is clean, has heater as well. Anne let you use her kitchen, which is very clean. She offers breakfast as well. In a word, Anne cares about you. I'd come back to stay whenever I come this way.

Marjory went above and beyond with everything available and more. We had an amazing dinner at the house ( Lamb Shanks and veggies) and the room was great. Breakfast included so many home made juices, yoghurts and more. Could not fault anything, so many positives, I would go back again and take family and friends. Really close to the Japanese Bath House which made everything more enjoyable. Great host and amazing stay.

It was the ideal couple of days great spot central to everything comfortable bed. Just what we needed we will be back to Bathurst Jason

Heather offers old school hospitality with all the extra little things thought of and provided that make a stay so great and relaxing. The Grove has beautiful gardens and surrounds to explore or just to enjoy over a cuppa. The furniture is comfortable (the king bed is super comfy) and there was heating throughout the space including the bathroom so that we were always cosy. It was a shame we could only stay one night as Heather, Terry and darling Lancelot the dog made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
