The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. This is one of three apartments in the upper floors of an awesome renovated historic building in the center of Downtown Bath's historic district. Large livingroom windows look out over Centre Street where you'll find restaurants, a bookshop, bakery, art gallery and Bath Natural Market. A shared washer/dryer is in the building and there is off street parking for your use, free (one car).
