Beach house vacation rentals in Batemans Bay

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

This was our second stay at Reef Beach House and was perfect once again! Just a lovely house, so comfy and you feel right at home. Lovely relaxing on the deck or in the lounge, both with great views of the ocean. Comfy and clean beds. Heather is also a great host! Responsive and flexible and also popped over at short notice to make a change to the bed configurations for us even though we forgot to ask for it ahead of time. Thanks so much Heather - another wonderful stay and we will be back!

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Namaste as it had everything we needed and secure for our two dogs with a dog friendly beach across the road. It is in a great spot near a supermarket and the best Chinese and pizza restaurants nearby, you weren’t wrong Janine! Very clean and comfortable and Janine was so easy to communicate with so would highly recommend staying here for a getaway Thanks for everything Therese

I had a fantastic weekend at Manon’s property in Culburra Beach. The home was spotless, comfortable, and just a short walk to a stunning and quiet beach — ideal for a relaxing coastal escape. One of the standout features was the amazing jacuzzi spa, which made the stay feel extra special and was perfect for unwinding after a day out. Manon was a lovely host — polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for spot by the beach.

Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

A beautiful place and great location. Madeleine was so friendly and gave great instructions, the place was very easy to find and get into. The place was so clean and everything was perfect. All amenities were provided which was great - shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as all linens. I would highly recommend!

This is a very spacious, airy house in a lovely location with beautiful views and lots of space to relax and enjoy. The proximity to the beach is great (just across the road) and there is so much to see and do in the area. Beautiful to walk along the beach and we visited Burrill Lake too (recommended). Very welcoming and helpful hosts . Looking forward to our next visit already!

We had a fantastic stay over Easter- the cottage is beautifully decorated and it felt homely. It had everything you needed. We will be back!

Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a large space with a great backyard for dogs and has all the amenities needed. Walking distance to the beach was great!

The house was very family friendly, great location and had all that you needed for a week away. Walkable to the beach and just back from the main strip meaning it was on a quiet street within easy access to amenities if needed. Rooms were a great size. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location made for a delightful pet friendly get away. The water was still fine for swimming and the munjip trail and markets at Maruya are well with it.
