Hotel vacation rentals in Batam Kota

Edmar, May and Anne are great! Crazy low price for the location and quality of the room. One should just be aware of the noise from the bars and clubs; I use a noise machine when I sleep so it was no issue for me.

Even though its a small space (because its a capsule hotel) it was really comfortable, there is water and refreshments provided daily and the place was sparkling clean, there was no fear of roaches or pests and I could sleep comfortably. The tv with netflix was also a nice touch and kinda rare to find in many hotels.

My stay at Cube (Kampong Glam, near Haji Lane) was fantastic. The atmosphere was excellent and felt very safe. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything was very well-managed. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was amazing. Plus, the location is absolutely superb. Highly recommend.

Joyce’s place is exactly as described. It’s location, access to washer/dryer and spaciousness made our trip to SG hassle free. We also had housekeeping during our stay which was another bonus. Would recommend

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

He very fast responds and details person during giving information. Room is big and nice, check in very fast Easy to go everywhere

We could not make the app work when we arrived because once inside the building there was no 4G coverage. We stood there for quite a while trying to get it to work. Luckily Joelle was just leaving for the day and she helped us connect to the Wi-Fi and showed us how to use the lock. Recommend you warn people to get the app working before they enter the building as there is 4G coverage out on the street. Only other comment I would make is that the key system was sometimes very flaky and took many attempts before we could open the door or use the lift. The room itself is extremely compact and I did bang my head several times upstairs but we were warned about that before we booked. I probably would book a larger room next time I come to Singapore, however it was functional and did the job for us. Thanks David Holton

Great location - if you enjoy walking and food, it’s a perfect base. I arrived after midnight and The Quay were very responsive in confirming ability to check in - I was even greeted by name when I arrived. Perfect for a layover if you want a shower and rest. I was able to leave my bag to explore the day before departing in the evening. As anywhere central, movement can be heard in the morning of people leaving/ in the hallway. If you’re particularly sensitive, ear plugs work just fine. Thank you
