We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made my trip special was the host. They were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. Will definitely return back.

Flexible check in and responsive host. The place matches its description and really big. Comes with extra foldable bed and pillows to be used. The location however was bit tricky to get to the house (kept showing the closed entrance) and had to turn around few times to find the main entrance but super easy if you find it during daylight. Definitely worth the money as it can fit a lot of people at one time.

Great place! Super comfy and huge. Location in a gated community so feels very safe. Host super friendly and very fast response when help needed. Location is short drive away from the huge restaurants n shops area. Will definitely return to this place if heading back to Austin area again!

The room is as shown in the photos. It's a very neat room with lots of drawers to keep your things away. Easy to check in. Overall, I am very happy with the stay and the location of the apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a unit in Sky Garden, Batam, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in & Communication: The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in process. They were always available to answer any questions, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The Unit: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment, especially after a day of exploring Batam.

This studio is in the heart of Chinatown with great eating & nightlife resources & within walking distance to the CND & waterfront. It is directly over a bar/restaurant that plays music until closing you can hear a little, but this was not a problem for us. Bed was reasonably comfortable and shower, internet, kitchen resources, etc were all fine.

Overall, our experience at Budi's Airbnb was pleasant. Budi was highly responsive and amicable, which made communication smooth. However, it would have been helpful to receive check-in instructions beforehand to prevent delays, as we were unaware the host would be waiting for us upon arrival. Once settled, we found the house to be charming, and the private pool was a definite highlight - clean and easily accessible. However, there were some issues with the air conditioning on the second level, which we promptly brought to Budi's attention. He was swift in addressing the matter by sending someone to inspect it. In the future, providing comprehensive check-in instructions in advance and ensuring all amenities are in optimal condition beforehand would enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated Budi's attentiveness.

Great stay, amazing location and great service

Host was very hospitable and friendly, quick to respond to queries. House was clean and in pristine condition, everything was in a good state. Had no problems checking in and out of the house, wifi was strong. Came down when we had problems and fixed it. However, a few things to note: - the water pressure is quite low - the bbq grill was quite small, thus didnt use. - One of the air-cons were not as cold (even in 16 degrees) - all the houses look the same, thus it was difficult to find it at the start.

Good location. Nice enough place with “bare essential” amenities (especially for the kitchen).

Great place near to Batam Centre, walkable distance to KFC, Mcdonalds and other fast food, Alphmart is righta the Basement.Lift was slightly slow and swimming is not that great.
