Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Batam

The stay honestly was pretty good . The mattress for ground level room could be better . Toilet for ground and 3rd level kindda small but no issues with that . Some of the electrical appliances is in chinese so have to googled for help . Check-in was pretty straight forward . House was tooooo big that it made us feel abit creepy but definitely worth the money . Short reminder , please go and get a personal driver or rent your own car cause its not walkable . Had some issues with the TV due to it keeps freezing and no update about it . Overall its really a good place to stay . Could fit up to more than 10 pax but only 3 bedrooms available . Anyone with huge family members or going in large group of friends i would recommend this place 👍

Awesome place to stay in Batam. Thanks to Mr Devon and all the staff are so friendly and very helpfull. Extremely satisfied with their service. Peaceful, private and beautiful surroundings with views straight towards Singapore city.

It’s a beautiful 2-storey villa which is great for a weekend getaway like a girls trip or family trip :) the moment you step in, the view and vibes are breathtaking! Really comfy and spacious to chill in. Everything was clean and our stay was very pleasant. Good to also have access to facilities at nongsa point resort. Remember to check with reception about shuttle bus timings ahead of time! Just note that it’s quite a steep staircase climb leading to the villa so probably not the most suitable for elderly to get there.

Cozy house giving off homely feels, very cool features of a smart home available, Google home helps you turn on the lights and ac, plays music for you, location is beautiful. Would recommend to stay at the property.

Elsie is the perfect host...her instructions were spot on and was always available to advise and give additional support should you need it with recommendations for places to eat and see. Elsie's villa was beautiful and completely as she described...a tranquil oasis..

Please take some time to read my long review! We had a really enjoyable stay at Budi’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family trip. We especially appreciated how responsive and helpful Budi’s was whenever we had a question or ran into a small issue. Even though there were a few hiccups, everything was handled quickly and smoothly, which made us feel well taken care of. The house had a nice layout that worked well for our group. It was great having two levels for a bit of space and privacy. The location was also great, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay again in the future. Thanks again for everything!☺️

Host was very hospitable and friendly, quick to respond to queries. House was clean and in pristine condition, everything was in a good state. Had no problems checking in and out of the house, wifi was strong. Came down when we had problems and fixed it. However, a few things to note: - the water pressure is quite low - the bbq grill was quite small, thus didnt use. - One of the air-cons were not as cold (even in 16 degrees) - all the houses look the same, thus it was difficult to find it at the start.
