Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Enjoy a stylish, refurbished, bright, and very central place in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Close to the 19th arrondissement City Hall and Laumière metro station, close to Buttes Chaumont and the Ourcq Canal and Parc de la Villette and its philharmonic. The apartment is located on Rue de Meaux which contains all the food shops and all services and which is very lively, the room is located on the quiet side of the courtyard. Possibility to park your bike in the inner courtyard It is located on the 1st floor

Cozy apartment in Buttes-Chaumont

35 m2 studio (25 m2 in loi carrez + 10 m2 mezzanine): perfect for a couple or single person. It is located on the second and top floor without elevator access, on the courtyard side, in a very quiet residence. There is a large TV with Canal+, Netflix, Amazon subscription... The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Buttes Chaumont, a 5-minute walk to Canal Saint Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq, a 20-minute walk to La Villette. The neighborhood is very lively and you will find everything you need within 100 m.

Stunning 1 bedroom flat (46m2) located on the 2nd floor of a classic Parisian building in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Nestled in a quiet street leading to the canal de l'Ourcq, this apartment is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. It has been renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a tasteful way using mid century and industrial furnitures. Metro station Riquet (line 7) is located 1 min walk from the apartment. It will bring you to the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame in 15 min.

Charming Studio with Canal View

A jewelry district of Paris which was my favorite, both young and family, perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples or groups of friends. There are many cultural highlights of Paris such as the Philharmonie, the Canal de l 'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont. Many bars and restaurants, ideal to find yourself in an atmosphere of Parisian youth. 3 metro lines serve the district which take in 15 min max door to door to the Sacré Coeur, Opera or the Marais.
