Bottom of a 90 m2 villa, fully fenced with individual entrance, consisting of a large terrace. The accommodation, equipped with ceiling fans and mosquito nets, includes: living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and a 90 bed and the other with a 140 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, 2nd shower and outdoor toilet. 5-minute drive to Malendure Beach, Cousteau Reserve. Upon arrival, an aperitif will be served and the first breakfast will be offered.
