A very well located and well equipped apartment, with car-parking. Easy access to Cowes and beaches. Plenty of interior space and well equipped kitchen.

We stayed for couple of days and were provided with everything we wanted. We didn’t have to contact Grace, as all the instructions were provided beforehand. The view from bedroom and living room was breathtaking and that’s what you looking for during a staycation. House was very clean and tidy, situated in a great location closer to San Remo town centre. Thanks Grace for this lovely apartment.

Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her apartment was incredibly clean and well organised. Had a basic kitchen with a small stove top which was fine for two people. Extremely close to all the shops and May street of Cowes. On the beach front. Easy to access with clear check in instructions. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The environment was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Paddock. The property is beautifully secluded, offering a true private escape. Waking up to panoramic views—ocean on one side, farmland on the other—was magical. The views were especially wonderful during sunrise and sunset. The ever-changing weather made the outlook even more captivating. Morning walks to the local café and beach became our favorite ritual, and honestly, we didn’t feel the need to explore beyond the property—just being there was enough. Whether it was sunshine or rain, the place had a calming, immersive charm. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back.

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! Great place with a view of the Bass Coast to the south with sunset, and to the north with sunrise from the master bedroom. Within walking distance of the Kilcunda Trestle Bridge for photographers. Convenient base for exploring the Bass Coast from Phillip Island to Inverloch and beyond. Vicky provides helpful descriptions of the local restaurants and grocery stores in the area making it super easy to get set up. I will be back as I could only stay a few days and still have lot's of exploring to do.

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!

By far one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed in years. Pristine locations, 4 master bedrooms, plus great entertainment and last but not least, a view of surpassing beauty. The facilities provided ticked all the boxes. Very flexible check-in time and a very friendly host. Would definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week at Ventnor. Jillian's home has the most incredible views and the house was one of the best appointed for all our needs - the welcome basket of snacks and biscuits most appreciated. You will have a great beachfront time away here !
