In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.
