Beautiful and bright, our home is located in sunny Ipswich which is a 35min drive from Brisbane City and Logan City and 1 hour drive to the Gold Coast. You will have the whole house to yourself. There a many attractions nearby, along with lots of shopping and restaurants. Train Station and Bus stops are not too far either. There is also a RAAF air base nearby, so you might see some cool planes fly over.

Ashlyn Retreat

This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

Guest house

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.

Kiltycreighton Cottage, Central Ipswich

Secluded bush cottage in the heart of Ipswich. Designed for a couple, with it’s open plan layout, breezy windows all around and a happy colour scheme within. Fully equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned. Guests have two, outdoor areas, a private, shaded deck overlooking the bush, and a paved alfresco area below the garden. A stroll to restaurants, galleries, clubs, boutique breweries, celebrity ice creamery and all that is upbeat Top of Town. Walk to Ipswich Grammar, train and Hospital.

Shops (Woolworths, Bakery and KFC etc) is within walking distance. There is a kitchenette in the room with kettle, microwave, toaster and small fridge. There is a air conditioning/heater system. There is a large park (Sutton Park) with playgrounds and work out equipment, within walking distance.

Lilly Pilly Cottage is a charming two bedroom home in Silkstone in Ipswich. It has all the modern amenities to make it a very comfortable stay, including reverse cycle air-conditioning and a full size dishwasher, along with all the appeal of a 1950s Queensland Cottage. Located in Silkstone it's handy to Ipswich's CBD, Warego and Cunningham Highway. It's only 15 minutes to Willowbank.
