First floor apartment, very centrally located! 1 free parking space! Shopping right next door. The historic old town is only a 5-minute walk away! Also in the immediate vicinity is the train station, just 2 minutes' walk! 10 minutes to the lake and the beautiful promenade! Children's playground just around the corner!

It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre.
