Common kitchen area is available. Close to Army Cantonment and Sadar Bazar is 5-7 min of drive. Looking forward to host all the wonderful guests.

The overall journey from booking to check-in and check-out went splendid ,Host (Aniket) was responsive, you won't have to feel like chatting with the Ai, and helpful enough to present you with the itinerary for the rest of days of ur stay . So, hey those new don't know where to go a perfect choice to go. Host is soft spoken and staff is super helpful while rooms are clean that matters the most for me , the view from window are astonishing taking you directly to the orcha palace you just can't missed it during rain . Perfect place even for the self reflection overall excellent and superb journey it was , thank you so much 😀 for this hospitality .

We had a great stay at Hotel Sunset where we had opportunity to see the village and meet some of their guests. The staff were very helpful and friendly providing us endless cups of tea, fruit or which ever we asked for. Thank you!

I had a very good experience at Hotel sunset . The room is the same as shown in the pictures. It is situated in a quiet area of orccha therefore ideal for a good rest. It is situated at a 10 mins walking distance from the main attractions of the city. The welcome was very warm and made me feel like home. I really appreciated the place and the service. I strongly recommend this place.

So this was one of the best homestays/rooms I have stayed in! We were a group of 6, and we booked 2 rooms. One room can easily accommodate up to 4 people. First of all, this is a family-run business. Aniket and his family stay on the ground floor, and the accommodation arrangements are upstairs. They have a few staff to help as well. All were very polite, resourceful, and helpful. Aniket had a Google Map List ready listing main attractions in and around Orchha which was super helpful in navigating and planning in exploring. They also provide homemade breakfast, and it was super yummy! We had plenty of 'Aloo ke Parathe' and even took a parcel when we checked out! The whole stay was very, very homely due to all of these factors! And, of course, this is super budget-friendly, too.
