The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes you are at the Baltic Sea beach by car.
