Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Il se trouve à 5mn à pied de toutes commodités, du marché couvert 2 fois par semaine, des bars et restaurants, des supermarchés, du ruisseau "Le Lien" avec son lavoir et moulin, du cinéma etc. En harmonie avec la nature... Kayaks ..canoës... Proche de Ruffec se situent Nanteuil en vallée et Verteuil sur Charente, deux très beaux villages pittoresques , ainsi que Pressac... très beau village flottant !
